Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free Milton Hershey School to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
