Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role fosters a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free Milton Hershey School, enabling lasting impact on students' lives while advancing professional development.
