Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide one-on-one mentoring to promote positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department within Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade environment.
