Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Provide mentoring within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. This role focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally within a nurturing, diverse culture.
