Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role helps foster a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
