Job Summary
Supervise students in classrooms and educational settings while reinforcing academic and behavioral expectations. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and adolescents to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans, monitor progress, and document observations. Facilitate character-building activities, lead educational enrichment and after-school programs, and promote positive peer interactions within a safe, structured environment. This full-time on-site role in Hershey, Pennsylvania, requires strong communication skills and trauma-informed practices to foster resilience and leadership among diverse student populations.

- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Prior experience working with youth in educational, residential, or community-based programs
- Understanding of child and adolescent development
- H.S. diploma or equivalent

- Post-secondary education in education, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Youth development or teaching certifications
- CPR/First Aid
- Crisis intervention training
