Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
