Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students to support academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to enhance well-being and learning. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing, diverse culture and make a lasting impact on students’ lives while growing professionally.
