Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and provide mentoring to support positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, while promoting a nurturing, diverse culture.
