Job Summary
Supervise students in classrooms and educational settings while reinforcing academic and behavioral expectations. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and adolescents to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans. Monitor student progress, document observations, and facilitate character-building activities that foster resilience and leadership. Lead educational enrichment and after-school programs within a safe, structured environment. This full-time on-site role in Hershey, Pennsylvania, supports a team dedicated to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices for students from pre-K through 12th grade.

- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Prior experience working with youth in educational, residential, or community-based programs
- Understanding of child and adolescent development
- Minimum of a H.S. diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in education, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Youth development or teaching certifications
- CPR/First Aid
- Crisis intervention training
