Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff to foster a nurturing, diverse culture. This role focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
