Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within Milton Hershey School's residential setting. Focus on contributing to students’ growth and well-being while growing professionally.
