Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support students across Milton Hershey School’s K-12 residential setting by designing and delivering development programs, facilitating small groups, and collaborating with teachers and staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Lead mentoring activities, foster positive behavior, and connect students with available resources to support their ongoing development in a nurturing, diverse school community. This role emphasizes hands-on program design, student-centered coaching, and professional growth within an education-first environment.
