Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on helping students thrive within Milton Hershey School's nurturing, diverse culture.
