Youth Development Specialist

Supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources. Works within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department at a residential campus to foster student development and growth.
