Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentoring while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and professional growth opportunities.
