Youth Development Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance learning outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, focusing on lasting impact for pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
