Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and positive behavior promotion. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, focusing on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
