Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role supports student development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution offering a nurturing, diverse culture.
