Job Summary
Supervise students in classrooms and educational settings while reinforcing academic and behavioral expectations. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and adolescents to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans, monitor progress, and document observations. Facilitate character-building activities, after-school programs, and co-curricular events that foster resilience and leadership. - CPR/First Aid training
- Crisis intervention training
