Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students in academic, social, and emotional growth through small-group facilitation and collaboration with teachers. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
