Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school environment. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, offering a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential experience where lasting impact on students' lives is prioritized.
