Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives.
