Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role fosters a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, while enabling professional development and lasting impact on student lives.
