Job Summary
Mentor students in Milton Hershey School’s residential pre-K–12 environment by facilitating small-group sessions, supporting teachers and staff, and helping design and deliver development programs that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with educators to strengthen student development, reinforce positive behavior, connect students with available resources, and contribute to a nurturing, diverse school culture. The role focuses on mentoring, program delivery, and partnership with classroom teams to support the overall well-being and growth of students.
