Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and promote positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
