Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentorship to support positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
