Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting learners with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to integrate these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role operates within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment, fostering a nurturing culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
