Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in creating a nurturing environment that fosters diverse student development at Milton Hershey School.
