Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist responsible for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to foster holistic growth within Milton Hershey School’s residential setting. Collaborate across education, training, and e-learning teams to create engaging experiences that support students from pre-K through 12th grade. Skills include mentoring, group facilitation, program design, resource referral, and strong teamwork with educators to advance student well-being and achievement.
