Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and provide mentoring while collaborating with teachers and staff. Promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to a nurturing, diverse culture.
