Youth Development Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring, facilitate small-group sessions, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to student success at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
