Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School's pre-K through 12th grade residential campus.
