Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in training and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, where students receive free pre-K through 12th grade education in a residential setting.
