Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, focusing on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
