Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade.
