Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role operates within Milton Hershey School’s residential environment, offering opportunities to grow professionally while contributing to a nurturing, diverse culture and lasting impact on students’ lives.
