Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution fostering a nurturing, diverse culture.
