Responsibilities include assisting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff; helping design and deliver development programs; promoting positive behavior; and connecting students with resources. Requires collaboration across educational teams and a commitment to supporting residential students in a nurturing, diverse environment.
