Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to the school's nurturing, diverse culture and aims to make a lasting impact on the lives of pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
