Youth Development Specialist

Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School in the Education, Training & E-Learning department supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources to foster a nurturing, diverse learning environment. This is a residential, pre-K through 12th-grade setting with a focus on student growth and professional development for staff.
