Youth Development Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring, small-group facilitation, and program design to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact and professional development.
