Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives at the cost-free residential Milton Hershey School.
