Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role focuses on the Education, Training & E-Learning department within the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while growing professionally.
