Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role focuses on helping students thrive within Milton Hershey School's nurturing, diverse culture through direct engagement in the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
