Job Summary
Supervise students in classrooms and educational settings while reinforcing academic and behavioral expectations. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and adolescents to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans, monitor progress, and document observations. Facilitate character-building activities, lead educational enrichment and after-school programs, and model respectful, inclusive behavior to foster resilience and leadership. - Youth development or teaching certifications
- CPR/First Aid training
- Crisis intervention training
- Experience in an educational setting
