Job Summary
Supervise students in classrooms and educational settings while reinforcing academic and behavioral expectations. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and adolescents to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans, monitoring progress and documenting observations to inform interventions. Facilitate character-building activities, life-skills programs, and co-curricular events that foster resilience and leadership. De-escalate challenging situations and model respectful, inclusive behavior within a trauma-informed framework. This full-time role is based on campus in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with occasional flexible hours for evening or weekend activities.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Prior experience working with youth in educational, residential, or community-based programs
- Understanding of child and adolescent development
- Minimum of a H.S. diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in education, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Youth development or teaching certifications
- CPR/First Aid training
- Crisis intervention training
