Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in education, training, and e-learning initiatives. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade.
