Youth Development Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives while supporting professional development.
