Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs while mentoring students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to foster a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
